I’m a ride or die kind of girl. Once I love a product, that’s it, I’m a fan forever. You literally can’t get rid of me. I don’t change my favorite things up too often so if something is my favorite and I tell you about it, you know it’s the good stuff.
Starting off strong, my number one favorite song in the whole world is Somebody to Love remix by Justin Bieber with Usher. If you see me at a function you better know this song will be playing because I requested it.

The other day my best friend, Lauren, noticed it was coming on while I wasn’t paying attention and decided to time me from the second the song started playing until I recognized it was on. It took me a total of 1.3 seconds to tell the room “This is my favorite song!” And you know, I think that may be some kind of record - you can catch me looking that up bright and early tomorrow morning.
At this point I think I have more than earned some sort of sponsorship from Fenty Beauty for the amount of Wattabrat highlighters I’ve sold for them. Nothing makes me feel better than someone telling me they think my makeup looks fabulous. Except for when they notice my pink glitter on my cheeks. And they always do. Every single time I wear it someone says something about it and asks what it is. It’s almost unreal. And then the majority of them end up buying it. It’s my holy grail and I love to see others get it and fall in love. Seriously life changing my angel friends! If you’re looking for a new highlighter, especially one that's not too shiny or almost leaves a shadowy cast over your cheek - this is the one for you. I mean who doesn’t want a light dusting of pink glitter to showcase a little of their internal shimmer on the outside.
I’ve been a big fan of makeup since middle school. Now I’m not the kind of girl that’s going to do a super intricate eye look or a 20-step face routine, BUT I do love simply searching for products and using them. Let me be real here, I have dry, sensitive skin. It’s actually insane how dry it is. Dealing with this means I have to be extra careful with the products I use on my face. It gets hard to find products that actually do their job and look decent on my face when I have dry spots, and give me that glowy look all the time! My holy grail foundation is the Rare Beauty Positive Light Tinted Moisturizer. It has been a game changer for me and makes me feel so happy! It’s buildable so I can always have just the right amount of coverage I want for the day and doesn’t dry out my skin! What’s better than that? I’ll go ahead and tell you - nothing! I get lots of compliments on my skin looking amazing and glowy when I’m wearing this and it’s become the pride and joy of my makeup bag.

Aside from music and makeup, the real obsession I developed about a year ago is listening to podcasts. I’m literally addicted. We know I love Tana and Brooke and the Cancelled podcast, and Trisha with Just Trish, but because of my ever growing need for more podcast content I’ve had to broaden my horizons. And broadening my horizons led me to BNCMAP. I’m OBSESSED with Brooke and
Connor, their quick wit and relatability keep me entertained for hours. If you’re on the hunt for a new podcast, definitely check out Brooke and Connor Make a Podcast. I’ve recently been converted to watching all my podcasts on YouTube instead of listening on Spotify because I like to see their interactions and what’s actually going on while the conversation is happening. I love BNC because they just catch up with each other and talk about life and wherever the conversation takes them they go - it feels normal, and that’s what makes it so great.
Circling back to face products, let’s talk about washing your face. We know the book, Girl, Wash Your Face, and I love me some self help, but I’m talking about actually washing my face. As we know I have super sensitive skin and have to be careful about what products I use. I’ve been with my Tula Cult Classic Purifying Face Cleanser for a few years now and my love for it is just as strong! I wash my face at night - the dry girls get it, even with a hydrating product I can only use so much on my skin a day. But that nighttime cleanse is literally the most refreshing part of my day. It gets my face clean and hydrated all at the same time. AND it smells good! Us sensitive skin girls don’t get the luxury of yummy smelling products often, so if you’re just like me definitely take advantage! I love it! Like a lot!
