It all started with our shared passion for authentic connection. After taking a podcast course at Samford University, we embarked on a journey to establish a podcast and brand that creates an inviting space encouraging everyone to feel confident in their truest self.
We have learned the hard way that finding a place where you can comfortably sit, be your true self, and engage in genuine community isn't always easy. At its core, "Hey Sit With Us" is a place where women from all walks of life can come together and feel comfortable to share their life stories.
