Beloved Banners does not accept any returns or issue refunds due to the nature of the product being personalized. Any desired changes to the design should be communicated during the design process and before the final design approval. We want your banner to be perfectly personalized to your personality, so please do not hesitate to let us know before the project design is finalized!
