Pick-Up Policy

Pick-Up Information and Disclaimer

Beloved Banners offers porch pick-up in Birmingham, AL upon completion of your banner. When placing your order, please indicate the date of your event, but more importantly when you would like to pick up your special banner. Please always include your contact information when placing your order, as that is how we will communicate about your design (to ensure it is perfect!) and pickup information will be shared.

Beloved Banners is not responsible for weather-damaged banners after the pick-up window has closed. We will always ensure the banner is in a secure location, protected from weather elements and waiting for you on the date and before the time you indicate you would like to pick-up. Beloved Banners will ensure your banner remains without weather damage for up to 4 hours after the agreed upon pick-up time. After four hours (assuming there is no communication to postpone pick-up), while we do not anticipate any weather damage to occur, we will no longer be responsible for any damage that may occur while waiting for pick-up. If you need to change your pick-up to a later date/time please do not hesitate to communicate that with us, we will be happy to accommodate

Delivery within the Birmingham, AL area and shipping options are available upon request. An increase in price will occur with the addition of delivery or shipping options. If you would like one of these options, please communicate so after placing your order during the designing process. Your increased price will be communicated to you then and will be payable via Venmo or Apple Cash.
